
This November, Florida voters are expected to consider a proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution related to property tax reform. The amendment is anticipated to be on the November 2026 General Election ballot and will be decided by Florida voters. As with all proposed constitutional amendments, it must receive at least 60% voter approval to pass.
